Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns Beyond 14 Days (Commercial Policy)
In addition to your legal rights, PIER AUGÉ offers a commercial return period of up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions remain identical: products must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

In such cases:

  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by PIER AUGÉ

  • A replacement, exchange, or full refund will be offered

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to an alternative solution (such as store credit).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected.
