1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order.

Products must be returned:
- unused;
- unopened;
- in their original packaging;
- complete and in resalable condition.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs for withdrawals remain the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

3. Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
